It is important to include your order details, such as the order number and purchase date, along with the photographs.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damages if the photographs of the damage occurring while the product is still in the truck/trailer are not sent to us, or if the damage is not documented on the CMR document at the moment of delivery. It is crucial to ensure that any visible damage is promptly reported and documented to enable us to assess the situation accurately and take appropriate action. Failure to comply with these requirements may limit our liability in resolving the issue.
