Our bar containers have the advantage that they are easy to assemble without the need of heavy tools. You can assemble the panels quickly; all you need is a set of wrenches and torque wrenches (13 and 19 mm) and three or four helpers.

You will receive the container in a package (without tools) when you buy one of our demountable bar containers. The flat package consist of individual steel panels as well as the nuts and bolts needed. You can find the instructions for assembling the container on our YouTube channel as well as in a document included in the flat package. You can also buy accessories for your container(s) on our website to help you modify them.

All containers are delivered using international trucks. In most cases, new containers are shipped with other cargo and in some cases none. This transportation route can result in slight transport and handling damage to the product. Unfortunately, this cannot be prevented. Minor damage such as dents and scratches and slight rust may occur. Of course, you will not receive a container with large dents (deeper than 50 mm). The floor may show slight signs of use, e.g. traces of forklift tires.

Due to the special design of the demountable containers, the containers are intended to be supported in the edges. Wooden boards, floor pallets or cobblestones can be used to level the containers. To prevent the container from leaning and blocking the door, it is important that the foundation on which the container is placed in a flat platform that is even and horizontal.

We offer both our bar containers and storage containers in all colors of the RAL spectrum. These colored containers also have a double powder coating that protects your container from external weather influences such as rain or snow.

The containers are equipped with lifting eyes and forklift slots, making them easy to move with a crane and forklift truck.

The transportation of your assembled container depends on its size and your transport destinations. Here are two common methods:

• Forklift: Ideal for smaller containers that need to travel short distances within your property. We can specify the weight and dimensions of the container to ensure compatibility with your chosen forklift. Also consider factors such as ground conditions and clearance heights for a smooth move.
• Crane: If you have a larger container or need to move longer distances, a crane offers more flexibility and safety. Keep in mind that factors such as road permits and potential overhang obstacles must be considered when using a crane. Regardless of which method you choose, properly securing the container is crucial to prevent damage during transportation.

Containers should be always empty when moving them, otherwise it can be damaged or bend.

Our containers are built from high quality materials that are designed for strength and durability: The outer walls and roof are made from galvanized steel, which is known for its corrosion resistance and resilience to extreme weather conditions. This ensures that your container will remain stable and reliable for years to come. The floor is made using OSB wood, providing a cost-effective and stable base for your stored items. It also provides a smooth surface for easy loading and unloading. These materials offer a good balance of functionality and affordability for most storage requirements. However, we offer a variety of container sizes and configurations to suit different requirements.
